The Pisgah Project
This blog serves to archive our tiny cabin project in Pisgah...well, technically Balsam Grove.
The deed actually says "Gloucester Township". It's a short ride to Gloucester Gap and, if you've been there, you have decisions to make at the crossroads.
The project has a lot to do with Pisgah National Forest. Mainly, biking in this grand forest, and having a 'homebase' for stupid adventures in the forest. And, for that much, I've co-opted 'Pisgah' in the namesake, perhaps undeservedly. My apologies. This project is also a means to move away from the ephemerality of the 'book of faces' (among the myriad of reasons to disconnect from that platform). I'll post some ride reports here, some gear reports; I plan to archive other esoteric projects, too.
